In his new book "Fort Bragg Cartel" veteran Seth Harp documents how the warfare shift to special forces, combined with their accountability, addiction to painkillers, and exploitation of a heroin pipeline from Afghanistan made for a violent criminal enterprise in the middle of one of the biggest military installations stateside.
